Costa Maya was our last port. Much like Grand Turk, there is a large "cruise plaza" that has numerous shops, bars, and a large swimming pool. |

The water by the ship dock looked like a pretty good place to snorkel. |

The Costa Maya complex has a large swimming pool with a nice swim up bar. Prices for drinks are about the same as the ship. (Which is pricey for Mexico) |

There are numerous shops with all of the typical Mexican fare. |

We decided to take the bus to Mahahaul. Mahahaul is a sleepy little town that is about 3 or 4 miles away. The bus ticket was $3 USD per person. |

Mahahaul consists of numerous beach palapa type bars. It is geared toward the cruise ship crowd. |

We landed at Pez Quadro. It is a little more expensive than the other places, but they give you nice lounge chairs and shade. The cerveza was $3 a piece, which is still pretty reasonable. They have an all inclusive plan, but we couldn't drink that much. |

Pez Quadro also has a small hotel. The bathrooms were very clean. |

We spent the day drinking cerveza on a beautiful Mexican beach. Nice way to spend the day! |
