Vallarta Adventures offers a "swim with the dolphins" tour that is fantastic. You get 45 minutes "swim time" with two bottlenose dolphins. The dolphins are very gentle and everyone that I talked to absolutely LOVED the event. Carroll said it was a "dream come true"
